Elderberries, Rose Hips, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Turmeric, Elderflower, Orange Slices & Star Anise

How To Use

Enter contents of pouch into the enclosed brew bag. Place brew bag into a pot with 3 cups of water. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer and cover. Low simmer for 1 hour. Remove from heat and cool. Remove brew bag and squeeze liquids from bag into same pot. You should have 2-3 cups of liquid. At this point you may add local raw honey, your sweetener of choice, or no sweetener. If not using liquid sweetener, add water to make 32 ounces. Finished syrup should be refrigerated and will keep for approximately 60 days.
