Due to the nature of our products (personal care, skincare, and handmade goods), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, all products are final sale unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds:
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
